The website currently struggles with an unclear brand purpose and lacks an inviting feel, leaving users uncertain about its value. Inconsistent spacing, poor readability in text elements, and weak design hierarchy create friction in the browsing experience. These gaps not only frustrate users but also impact trust and credibility in the brand.

To address this, we proposed a structured design approach that clarifies the brand’s purpose and strengthens user understanding. By introducing consistent section divisions, spacing, and hierarchy, the website becomes easier to navigate and visually cohesive. Aligning text, visuals, and icons ensures a balanced, lightweight layout, while incorporating ratings and reviews builds trust and authenticity. Together, these changes elevate the overall experience, making the website more engaging, credible, and user-focused.
