Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Service Not Delivered – If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeline and no work has been initiated.

Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins) – If you cancel your project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative/processing fees).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after work has commenced.

Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., failure to provide required content, approvals, or communication).

Services already delivered (e.g., completed design, campaign execution, code handover, consultation sessions).

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Transaction/processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
