Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 15th September, 2025

At The DigiCircle, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for projects,  and consultations.

1. Project-Based Services

  • Cancellation Within 2 Days:
    Clients may cancel a project up to 2 days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellation After 2 Days / Once Work Has Started:

  • If a project is canceled less than 2 days before the start date, or after work has begun, refunds will not be provided.

  • Any deposits or advance payments already made will be considered non-refundable, as resources and planning are allocated once the project begins.

2. Consultations

  • One-time consultations, strategy sessions, or digital product purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • Rescheduling of consultations requires at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. Agency-Initiated Cancellations

  • The DigiCircle reserves the right to cancel a project or service under certain circumstances (e.g., non-payment, breach of terms, misuse of services).

  • In such cases, clients will be notified, and eligible refunds (if any) will be processed at the agency’s discretion.

4. Cancellation Request Procedure

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@thedigicircle.com

  • Requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days, and applicable fees or refund details will be shared.
