Cancellation Policy

At The DigiCircle, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for projects, and consultations.
1. Project-Based Services

Cancellation Within 2 Days:
Clients may cancel a project up to 2 days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a full refund. -
Cancellation After 2 Days / Once Work Has Started:

If a project is canceled less than 2 days before the start date, or after work has begun, refunds will not be provided.

Any deposits or advance payments already made will be considered non-refundable, as resources and planning are allocated once the project begins.
2. Consultations

One-time consultations, strategy sessions, or digital product purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.

Rescheduling of consultations requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Agency-Initiated Cancellations

The DigiCircle reserves the right to cancel a project or service under certain circumstances (e.g., non-payment, breach of terms, misuse of services).

In such cases, clients will be notified, and eligible refunds (if any) will be processed at the agency’s discretion.
4. Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@thedigicircle.com

Requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days, and applicable fees or refund details will be shared.
